Her background includes extensive work with individuals navigating big emotions, life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to break.
Paul Martin — Canadian Certified Counsellor
Paul brings training in DBT, ART, and trauma‑informed care, along with years of experience supporting people who feel overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck. His approach is warm, grounded, and practical, helping clients build skills they can use immediately in everyday life.
Together, Jennifer and Paul create a supportive, structured environment where participants can learn DBT skills with clarity, encouragement, and real‑world application.
